Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada. We pack and send your Mexican products straight to your door.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $11.99 USD to the USA and Canada. The final total and taxes are shown at Shopify's secure checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and arrive in about 3–7 business days depending on your location. You get a tracking number by email.
Are the products authentic from Mexico?
Yes, everything is 100% authentic and Mexican: snacks, candy, chiles, salsas, pantry staples and more, from the brands you know.
Can I request something not in the catalog?
Yes. We can source almost any Mexican craving even if it's not listed: send us your request by email or through the quote form and we'll get back to you.
Do you sell wholesale (B2B)?
Yes, we supply stores, restaurants and businesses at wholesale prices. Request a wholesale quote from the Wholesale page or via WhatsApp.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Payment is 100% secure and encrypted with Shopify. We accept cards and wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number, and you can also see it in your account under My orders.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with your order number and a photo; we'll help with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
