1. Acceptance

By accessing and purchasing on mexgoodies.com you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site and accounts

You may use the site only for lawful, personal shopping purposes. To purchase you can create an account; you are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your login confidential.

Customer accounts are managed through Shopify. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Products, prices and availability

We sell Mexican grocery, snack, candy, chile and related products for consumption in the United States and Canada. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

Availability is subject to stock. We strive to display accurate images and descriptions; manufacturer packaging may vary. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

We do not sell alcohol or medicines through the public store.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely at Shopify checkout. By confirming your order you authorize the corresponding charge, which includes product, shipping and applicable taxes.

We may refuse or cancel an order due to lack of stock, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud. If you have already paid and we cancel the order, we will refund the amount charged.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada with a flat rate of $11.99 USD per order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

6. Returns and refunds

Because these are food and consumable products, we do not accept returns of perishable or food items once delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, expired or incorrect, contact us and we will offer a replacement or refund. Timeframes and conditions are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (brand, logos, text, images and design) is owned by MexGoodies or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

8. User conduct

You must not attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of third parties.

9. Allergens, warranties and limitation of liability

Always check the ingredient and allergen information on the physical product label before consuming.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MexGoodies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to the terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post the current version on this page, with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
