Coverage

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping cost

Flat rate of $11.99 USD per order, no matter your cart size. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout, along with any applicable taxes.

Preparation and delivery times

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated transit within the United States: 3 to 7 business days. Estimated transit to Canada: 6 to 12 business days, plus any customs hold time.

Times are estimates and not guaranteed; they may vary due to peak season, weather or the carrier.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can also see it from your account.

Customs and duties (Canada)

Orders to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees under local rules. When they apply, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Please check your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged, incomplete, expired or with incorrect items, email us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for perishable products, or within 7 days for everything else. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food or perishable products once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, expired, defective or incorrect.

Non-food items (for example, cookware or clay goods) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging; return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the error is ours.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The $11.99 USD shipping fee is non-refundable, except when the issue is due to our error.
